Competitors will be set up with a direct competitor to debate prior to their competition. The first stage consist of preparation and the next stage of the competition will be the debate itself. There will be no decided winner in this debate.

Presenter(s) must develop a piece of Federal, State (Florida), or Local legislation that benefits, helps, or addresses the most pressing issues to the veteran community.

Presenter(s) must develop an awareness video that is centered around and focused on an issue that the presenter(s) think is the biggest issue to the veteran community

Presenter(s) must develop a plan for a business or organization aimed at helping veterans and active militants.
